Shipping policy
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by item:
- Small items (String Lights, Planter Set): 5–7 business days via UPS/FedEx
- Large items (Patio Set, Dining Set, Gazebo, Lounge Chair, Fire Pit): 7–14 business days — these ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Free shipping on orders over $[X]. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.
